The unplanned presence of H.E. the Grand Master Don Francisco de Borbón Graf von Hardenberg GCLJ, at the Liturgy of Lazarus Resurrection, which took place on Saturday April the 12th, at the Holy Church of Aghios Sostis for the Athens Commandery members of the Hellenic Grand Priory, was the best Easter gift for all of us.
But it also has a special historical significance.
In the same Holy Church, in 2006, the first common prayer of the Greek Knights took place, with H.H. the Chevalier Francisco de Paula Enrique de Borbón y Escasany, 5th Duke of Seville, Grandee of Spain, being the Grand Master at the Unification of the two branches of the Order.
